Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Terms

This Agreement is an electronic contract that sets out the legally binding terms for your use of Sanjog Milan. By accessing or becoming a member, you accept and agree to all terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced in this Agreement. Sanjog Milan reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website signifies your acceptance of the modified terms.

Eligibility

• Age Requirement: Members must be at least 18 years old or of legal marriageable age as per the laws of their country of residence.
• Marital Status: Membership is open to individuals who are single, divorced (with a certified decree), or widowed.
• Legal Compliance: Members agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding matrimony in their jurisdiction.
• Verification: Members may be required to submit valid identification, such as Aadhaar, PAN card, or passport, for profile verification. From 18th November, 2016, Aadhaar authentication through UIDAI in real-time is implemented, and all new members must furnish Aadhaar details. Alternatively, members can upload a scanned copy of their PAN card, passport, or driving license for profile verification.

Membership Terms

• Account Creation: Registration is free, but access to certain premium features may require a paid subscription.
• Account Responsibility: Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities under their account.
• Membership Cancellation: Members may cancel their membership by contacting our support team. No refunds will be provided for unused services.
• Termination: Sanjog Milan reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations of this Agreement without prior notice or refund.
• Paid Membership: Paid members gain access to additional features, such as viewing contact details and initiating chats. However, access to these features may require linking Aadhaar or providing other verification documents.

Prohibited Conduct

Members agree not to:

• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
• Use the platform for commercial purposes or any illegal activity.
• Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Engage in abusive, obscene, or harassing behavior.
• Collect usernames and/or email addresses of members for unauthorized purposes.
• Transmit any material that contains software viruses or harmful computer code.

Use of Content

• Member Responsibility: Members are solely responsible for the content they post and must ensure it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate the rights of others.
• Public Access: Content posted on Sanjog Milan may be accessible to other members and visitors.
• License to Sanjog Milan: By posting content, members grant Sanjog Milan a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute such content.
